Wedding Rules
You know us, we want the whole weekend to be as much fun as possible, however there are a few do’s and don’ts we need to make you aware of so everyone is safe and can enjoy it to the max!
Please can all guests refrain wearing white all weekend.
The bar is cashless, they don’t accept any cash at any bar onsite.
No music outside anywhere on the venue using portable speakers anytime after 11pm.
Absolutely no alcohol or soft drinks that are not bought from Watermouth Cove are to be consumed in ceremony areas, licensed areas past black gates (Beachhouse, Patio, Snug) as well the beach and pool. If you are caught doing so you will be footing our security deposit. Please note you will be able to bring your own food and drink inside your accommodation, however we would ask that you refrain from going in and out of your accommodation on our wedding day.
The Beach closes at 11pm due to health and safety, however you are able to swim in the sea during the weekend again all we would ask is that you please refrain from doing so on our wedding day. The Beach opens again at 9am.
Lost accommodation keys will be charged at £50 per key, the code to the car park is 1234., the code to the gate is C16.
Any driftwood from the beach that is put on the fire will be charged at £1000 directly to you. If the firepit is deemed unsafe our venue have the right to refuse access for health and safety, the fire pit must be extinguished by 11pm.
No confetti is to be used in the inside area, cleaning charges will apply should you not adhere to this.
Last orders will be 00:00pm and you will have 30 minutes to drink up and then you need depart the premises and outside patio of the Beachhouse by 00:30. Guests requiring transport please think about pre-booking a collection time, please see our recommendations page for some taxi numbers.
Please note the venue and accommodation is a non smoking environment, should you require to smoke or vape, please do so outside the black gates in the car park.
Venue Accommodation Info
Accommodation check-in is from 4pm. You are welcome to use the bar on arrival. Check-out on Monday is at 10am, there is no option for a late checkout.
You will be allocated a room by us, each accommodation has a maximum number of people allowed due to insurance purposes please stick to the accommodation you have been allocated.
Please note the accommodation is a combination of cottages, lodges and rooms, we will allocate accommodation as best we can to everyone, the entire venue is lovely and we are sure you won’t be disappointed, however you maybe sharing some communal areas such as kitchen with other people. We will match everyone up as best we can to people you already know. Please be mindful of those you are staying with and other guests on venue as you are returning to your accommodation late in the evening.
All accommodation is self catering, please note you will need to bring, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. However please take a look at our itinerary page to see when we are providing food and drink for you throughout the weekend.
All accommodation linen and towels are included, beach towels are not provided so please bring your own if you are planning to have a dip in the sea. – If you are brave enough!
Please note the swimming pool will be closed.
Candles are not permitted on site anywhere or in your accommodation.
Although our venue is pet friendly only limited accommodation facilitates this and we have allocated this to family members, we therefore would politely ask for you to not bring your pets.
